Has anyone started their tench and bream fishing yet???
I walked wylies lake last week , looks good but the banks are sodden wet , and the water marks on the trees around the lake suggest a few fish could be a miss .

Might wait another week I think...

Have fished it for em Ian , I ve had a few big bags of bream there .
Last time I went it was like a mothers meeting of carp anglers . All putting out kilos of boilies , looked like some of em had been there for months. Then their wife s turned up with all their breakfast s so they all got together right behind me . I think they ve been having problems with our eastern European friend s there to .
Think I ll stick to wylies ......

I was talking to a bailiff on beat 3 Ian . Reckons its not the safest place to be on your own . They ve had quite a few issues with the eastern European s . They ve been getting quite nasty apparently .

I m not even sure when I m going to get out fishing . Too much to do at home ....

There is a bailiff on beat 3 who likes to fish Sonning and doesn't like others fishing it, he's full of it if it's who I'm thinking of, used to consider him a friend. I don't really like Wylies, I think it's an ugly venue. Whistley is worth fishing for Tench and Bream too
