Yes indeed.

A good friend, Fred Crouch, passed away earlier today.

Fred had suffered ill health for a number of years.

Fred was something of a legend in the (barbel) angling world, and his wit and his stories will be sadly missed.

I am very sad to hear the news about Fred, What a lovely man.I have spent many happy hours chating with him on the bank and at meeting's. I have still got the bait droppers he used to make and give away.Rest in Peace Fred. I will miss you mate.
